Christopher's Design Studio is a creative architectural design studio that has been in active business and have a little over 30 years of professional experience in Architectural Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Drafting services using CADD, preparing and producing Construction Documents. We have 17 years established in the Bahamas and 15 years extablished here in the USA and have successfully managed many residential and commercial projects both international and domestic. Our experience includes producing schematic designs, design development, construction documents, computer-generated graphics, charts, overlays, colored presentation and 3D renderings.

Christopher’s Design Studio mission is to create and design the highest quality of homes and commercial projects with a unique architectural style, complementing architectural structural and design with features so distinct and uncommon in the local market, creating a sense of which is respectful of the natural beauty and historical elements.   This new house Addition was designed for one of our clients in the Charlotte, North Carolina area in the year 2008.This new addition is an extension to an existing living room area that over looks the beautiful, architectural design pool area.

  House in the Bahamas

  This new house was designed for one of our clients in the Nassau, NP. Bahamas in a subdivision called Lyford Cay. This subdivision is located on the western end of Nassau, New Providence Island and is heavily protected by security guards.
